The parts distributors collaborating with Doyen Belux visited Grup Eina to learn more about the technical services for repairers.
Last week we had the pleasure to welcome Doyen Belux and its partners distributors Api Belux and Autodistribution Belux to our facilities in Figueres. We were glad to open the doors of our company for them and help them better understand everything that goes on in its inside.
During the visit, they had the opportunity to get to know Grup Eina in greater depth, as well as the range of services available to make the day-to-day of garage professionals easier: technical assistance, +1.4M technical bulletins, hands-on technical training, repair of electronic units, online training, streaming training sessions, etc.
They were especially impressed by our technical assistance call centre and technical training, which receive respectively the names TechLine and TechTraining for Autodistribution Belux and which in Doyen Belux are known as API Hotline and API Training.
TRAINING DEMO
They received a short training demo in order to see what our training sessions are like.
These training sessions are really useful because they are based on frequently consulted failures in our call centre, they take into account the real needs of the workshop.
What is more, they are highly hands-on because 70% of the training is practice. For this purpose our training vehicles integrate our own technology, the GEDBox. It is a real failure generator that allows trainees to immediately put the newly acquired knowledge and skills into practice in real scenarios.
