1. Contact us

Before sending the unit, please request information or a preliminary assessment through one of the following channels:

If you contact us by telephone, please have the vehicle registration number and the component reference number at hand.

2. Receive the initial assessment

Our technical team will assess your enquiry and reply by email with a document containing:

• The information required to arrange the shipment.
• Details of any additional components or units that need to be sent, if applicable.
• An estimated price for the potential repair.

3. Prepare the shipment

Pack the material securely and include the document received by email inside the parcel.

Once the parcel is ready, contact your AD distributor, who will arrange the collection.

4. Receive the quotation

Once we have received and inspected the unit, we will normally send you a repair quotation by email within 24 – 48 hours.

5. Confirm the repair

Simply reply to the same email to confirm whether you accept or decline the quotation.

If you accept it, our technicians will proceed with the repair.

6. Receive the repaired unit

Once the repair is completed, the unit will be returned using the same method, normally within 24–48 hours after the repair.
