- Call Recording: The calls made to the EinaTech department and the Call Centre for the adserviceticketing service are monitored and recorded after the customer is informed via a voice message that in the event of a claim or problem, the applicable checks will be performed. Calls are also recorded to improve the service.
4. LEGAL BASIS OF PERSONAL DATA
The legal basis for the processing of the above-mentioned data is:
- Consent of the data subject to the contract of services and products, for contact forms and other activities related to Grup Eina Digital Ltd., information requests or subscriptions to newsletters and processing of optional cookies accepted by the user, as well as the recording of the calls made to the EinaTech department and the Call Centre.
