In-house training to offer the best service

Objective of the IN-House training

Our technical advisors from EinaContact, our technical assistance call centre, receive in-house training once a month. Every third Friday, they get trained on different topics related to the latest developments in the automotive sector.

These training sessions have a clear objective: to keep our technical advisors up-to-date, as the automotive sector is constantly evolving and they cannot stay behind. Only in this way, they can provide workshops with the best technical support service.

9G-TRONIC (725) and 7DCT 300 Getrag Tranmissions

On this occasion, our technical advisors focused on the 9G-TRONIC (725) gearbox as well as the 7DCT 300 Getrag transmission.

On the one hand, the 9G-TRONIC (725) gearbox fitted in our Mercedes C220 D BlueTEC is an automatic transmission with a torque converter and a 9-speed planetary gear, actuated by steering wheel gearshift paddles. Moreover, it has several driving modes.

On the other hand, the 7DCT 300 gearbox is a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission and is mounted on the following makes: Renault, Dacia, Nissan, Mercedes and BMW Mini.

The aspects that were dealt with in this training were as follows: the news related to both transmissions, their operation and particularities, as well as how to carry out their correct maintenance.

BASED on the real needs

Our in-house training sessions always have in mind the real needs of our technical advisors. For this reason, the training is based on the queries that the workshop professionals make to our call centre. Our advisors not only search for information but also help workshop professionals find solutions to breakdowns.

This is the reason why it is of vital importance that the advisors are very well-trained and prepared to respond to the real needs of the workshops.
