To sum up, investing in the continued training of car repair technicians is key to building strong and lasting relationships with the workshop. At the same time, by supporting their business and professional development, we not only benefit the workshop but also vehicle owners and the entire industry chain. This support leads to professional and quality maintenance and repairs, an increase in the demand for consumables, parts and services, among others. This contributes to the growth of the industry and mobility as a whole.
Useful Technical Training for Car Repair Technicians
98% of our students consider our training to be of excellent quality. One of the reasons is that it is highly useful for the workshop. 93% of our students believe so.
Our training sessions last from 7 to 14 hours, depending on the topic. For a car repar technician, these are many hours away from the workshop, “not working,” “not invoicing.” However, to continue working and invoicing, staying updated is crucial. Therefore, investing in training is a necessity.
Our duty is to ensure that the car repair technician makes the most of these hours invested in training. The knowledge and skills acquired should enable them to make better use of their working hours.

The Reality of the Workshop and the Automotive Fleet
Firstly, we rely on state-of-the-art vehicles—vehicles that incorporate the latest technologies in the industry. At any given time, these vehicles will arrive at the workshop. Therefore, it is crucial that the car repair technician has the necessary knowledge and skills to perform maintenance or to diagnose and repair these new technologies.
Moreover, these are popular vehicles: they are, or we believe they will be, top sellers in Europe. So, many of these vehicles will come to the workshop. Hence, it is better for the technician to be well-acquainted with their structure, operation, peculiarities, etc.
Similarly, we take into account automotive groups. Many makes and models share platforms, technologies, engines, etc. Therefore, we use vehicles that incorporate widely adopted systems within their respective automotive group. In other words, a training session is applicable to various makes and models that will undoubtedly arrive at the workshop.
